This book tells the true story of a man named Kim Philby. He was an MI5 agent, a double agent, a charmer and traitor. He would tell all his secrets to his fellow MI5 agents except one. Nicholas Elliott and James Jesus Angleton, both Kim Philby's fellow MI5 agents, thought they knew who Philby was until they discovered they didn't know him at all.
